Is there a setup fee?
There is no setup fee; however, you will need to work with the EL CASA Management staff to setup your account. Depending on your services will depend on how long it takes to set up your services.
What data does EL CASA require from you?
When you start with us we start brand new on service requests. In order to get started we need the following information from you: Company, Employee, Customer, and Services Offered (depending on the service we may need some additional information about your services)
How does EL CASA Management manage updates?
We want to hear from you. Please submit a request within EL CASA if you have an idea for new functionality or how to enhance functionality. Once the functionality is available and has been tested we will provide the functionality to the software platform with no to limited down time. We do not charge extra money for the development of new functionality.
How will the user get trained on the application?
We offer various ways of training. Our team will work with you on the best training for your company. Initially, we will offer a time where we train your back office employees and we will offer a time when we train your field employees. This can be done at the same time if planned in advance.

EL CASA is a home improvement software platform for home service providers to accomplish: Enhance the servicing experience, Help increase communication, Help reduce the operations time in scheduling employees and creating job quotes, and help to manage employee performance, provide information about your customers.

Are you considering creating mobile Apps?
Yes, we are in a multiple phase approach to creating Apps to support this platform. The first App we will be working on is the Customer App. We plan to create an Employee and Owner/Manager App.
